Alright, I had this idea & I want to get my friends’ opinion on this. I was thinking about how my parents have called me Pooh all of my life, and that I’ve been PooBou for the past decade or so, and it got me to thinking that maybe I should get a little Winnie the Pooh tattoo.

I don’t know where I’d put it — probably either my shoulder or on the side of my lower back (hip area). And of course it would have to be old-school A.A. Milne Pooh, not Disney Pooh. But I thought it might be cute.

Thoughts? Opinions? Comments?

My mom, naturally, thinks this idea is insane. And Kris says she thinks it’d be adorable, but she questioned my motives — I just got my hair cut, and the last few times we’ve talked, I’ve mentioned that I want a boob job (which I really, really do want), so she’s wondering if maybe I’m just going through some kind of body-modification phase for some deeper reason. I’m choosing not to analyze it that deeply.

In any case, it would be a long time before I’d be able to afford it, so I’m sure this is an idea that I’ll have to sit on for a while. I was just curious as to the general consensus. Typically, I think that cartoon character tattoos are cheesy & stupid, but I thought that since this one kind of fits me, it might work.
