YAY Dave! Quitting smoking is hard. It sucks. I did it 13 years ago. It gets easier with time; the first month is the hardest. But it's worth it, your lungs will start looking better in 6 months, and within a year your risk factors will plummet! Keep up the good work!! :-)

It's so hard to be a parent.

Dave you KICK ASS! Keep it up! YOU CAN DO IT!

If your back still hurts tomorrow go to the doctor. Seriously. Keep up with the ice today, tomorrow do moist heat, 20 minutes on, 20 off. You should also keep up with the advil, aleeve, or ibprofen, whatever you prefer. Your back is probably inflamed and it'll help with the inflamation.

Hope you feel better tomorrow! And Catie is a tough kid, she'll be okay.

*HUGS*

Ibuprofen will probably help your back if it is swollen. I hope you feel better soon! ♥

Yaye Dave, YOU ROCK!!!

Ouch, your back sounds painful.

I'm sure Catie will be fine, but I know how hard it can be for you, since I use to work in day-care I saw a lot of sad parents (and kids). If you need to talk you know I'm here.

XOXO
