But around 5pm, e-baby and I were driving east and there was a HUGE end-to-end double-band rainbow in the sky. It lasted a long time. It was one of the best rainbows I've ever seen. I don't know if it's our latitude or the angle of the sun or what, but all the best rainbows I've ever seen have been since I've lived in NC. At the same time, much of east Raleigh was in a total blackout. Hoorah on the sippy-cup war! That storm yesterday was crazy- I thought it’d blow my car off the road.
